Your health - allergy

We treat and process our spices under hygienic conditions in accordance with the hygiene code  HACCP  (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).

Some products contain allergic components (mustard seeds) or traces thereof. The risk of  Cross-contamination is very limited due to our careful working method, but herbal dust is in the air and no product can therefore be 100% guaranteed.  are allergy-free, with the exception of pre-packaged products from Segida (piment d'Espelette) and Nestia (merkén).

We do not supply products  containing peanuts or nuts  are processed, nor grains (gluten), shellfish, eggs, fish, lupine, milk, molluscs, soybeans  or sulphur dioxide. In our production area the presence of  these products are not permitted, not even for consumption.

Medical claims

In Europe, strict rules apply to the labelling of foodstuffs and the provision or non-provision of nutritional claims, health claims and medical claims. The use of such claims is subject to European rules, such as Regulation (EU) No 1924/2006.

The use of medical claims is prohibited when selling and promoting food products, in any way. We therefore refrain from doing so, in word and in writing.
