Collection: Spices

Herbs are the green parts of the plant, so the leaves and the stems. The seeds and the flower buds are called spices. In our herb assortment we choose those with remarkable ethno-botanical properties, just like with spices.  Take our range of four Cretan herbs, which are inextricably linked to the character of the island of Crete, an island that breathes fragrant herbs like no other place in Europe.

We also chose these herbs from Crete and the Italian marjoram because of their intense flavour palette.
